Many non-profits are experts in their area of service, but lack a comprehensive understanding of the policy-making process. Lack of knowledge deters some nonprofits from policy participation, while for others it impacts the effectiveness of advocacy efforts. Grasstops believes that lack of knowledge should not deter legislative participation or impact the effectiveness of advocacy efforts. |

Grasstops has been so helpful to the Minnesota Women's Consortium and many of our member organizations.
